Anthony Patellis

Los Angeles Dramalogue winner, Anthony Patellis, studied acting with legends, Lee Strasberg, Stella Adler, Harold Clurman, and Cheryl Crawford, in NY and LA. Among his many stage performances, the 2023 American premier of Arthur Miller’s screenplay, The Hook (stage adaptation by two-time Emmy Award winner, Ron Hutchinson). Mr. Patellis portrayed Lt. Shrank, in the 50th Anniversary tour of West Side Story, at Milan’s, La Scala Opera, before moving to 17 countries, on 3 continents. He has appeared at the Kennedy Center, and the Globe Playhouse, among other major venues. He was lead singer in the '80's punk-polka band, Rotondi, opening for legendary bands, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Neville Brothers, Bonnie Raitt, and playing for David Byrnes (Talking Heads) wedding reception. His band recorded two albums on ROM Records. 2024 will see him on stage in a one-man play, written for him by Mr. Huchinson, entitled, Breaking Heads. A screen actor, he has worked extensively in film and television, including, guest-starring roles on The Sopranos, Gotham, Law & Order, New York-Undercover, Crime Story, and The Guiding Light. He voiced the leading role of Jimmy Pegorino, in Rockstar Games most successful franchise, Grand Theft Auto IV, and starred in the recent Samuel Goldwyn Pictures, feature film, Team Marco. He is currently recurring in the latest seasons of Law & Order, SVU as Judge Lonnie Dukakis, and as Father Colicchio, in Taylor Sheridan’s, Tulsa King, starring Sylvester Stallone, for Paramount+. Mr Patellis is a director of theater productions throughout America, and in London. He recently directed the Italian premier of Tony 'N Tina's Wedding, in Florence. His on-camera direction includes, over 30 short video’s for TikTok sensations, Patty and Patty, and the multi- award winning television pilot, Hooked, which he also co-wrote. His screenplay, When We Were Young, was a recent finalist at the Beverly Hills International Film Festival.
