Darnell Williams

Darnell Williams is a Dancer and Theatre Artist based in New York City. He holds a BFA in Dance Performance from Towson University where he also studied dance choreography and dance pedagogy. Credits include Dance Companies: VTDance, Ballet ADI, XY Dance Project, ELSCO Dance, Wandering Movers Cruise Ship: After Midnight (Tap Brother u/s Tap Mathematician u/s Mooche),  Disney Cruise Lines, Noiseboys (Mr.Chill/Dance Captain) Off-Broadway: Made to Dance in Burning Buildings Off-Off Broadway: TAPTASTIC Cabaret International: Tokyo Disney Big Band Beat (Featured Tap Dancer) Regional: Disney's The Little Mermaid (Ensemble), A Bronx Tale (Tyrone/Associate Choreographer) Connecticut Premiere at Seven Angels Theater. As a Dance Educator, Darnell has taught throughout the United States at multiple competitive studios, workshops/master classes, summer intensives, and public schools.

As a Creative, Darnell has choreographed top-scoring pieces at the regional and national competitive levels. During his time at Towson University, he had the opportunity to choreograph every semester developing his unique repertoire of movement. His choreography was chosen to be presented at the Midwest Region American College Dance Association Adjudication Conference. He is the recipient of the 2016 Outstanding Choreography Award from Towson University and received the First Place Award in Dance for the Camera at the Towson University Media Arts Festival.
